امبارح كان عندي كورس ماكس انا و ثلاثة من اصحابي و فيه واحد بيوصلنا انا و صحبتي بعد ما بنخلص

هو معاه عربية حلوة كده لانسر و احنا في سموحة قدام كيروسيز وقفت قدامنا عربية بي ام حكاية اخر موديل

قال ياه حلوة اوي العربية دي

ردت عليه و قلت يا رب كل واحد فينا يبقي عنده عربية زي ديه

قاللي لا انا بطلب من ربنا اللاقي شغل يخليني اجيب العربية دي

فرقت اوي معايا الجملة دي و فكرتني بموقف صحبتي و احنا بنتناقش مع باقي الناس عن الفرح

و كان راينا ان في حاجات بتزعلنا بس لازم احنا اللي نخرج نفسنا منها

و استغربنا ان صحبتي نستنية اي حاجة من برة هي اللي تفرحها

يمكن عشان كده كل الناس مكشرة

كان في سلحفتين صغيرين كانوا بيحبوا بعض كبروا واتجوزوا وخلفوا سلحوف صغير سموه سلحوف
اقترحت ام ابو سريع على ابو ابو سريع انهم يروحوا يفسحوا الواد ابوسريع في البحر الاحمر و فعلا

جهزوا لوازم الرحلةواستغرقت الرحلة 15سنة ذهاب
وأخــــــــيرا
وصلوا علي البحر وفرشوا عشان يأكلوا
وفجأة
صرخت ام أبو سريع وقالت لأبو سلحوف."تصدق يابوأبوسريع نسينا اهم حاجة...................

نسينا الملاحة عشان الاكل اخطف رجلك وروح البلد.. هاها صرخ ابو سلحوف وقال" لسه هاروح 15

سنة رايح و15 سنة جاي يكون الاكل برد الأحسن نبعت الواد ابوسريع خفيف ولسه صغير
. . . ويوصل بسرعه ونادوا ابو سريع وقالوله وبعتوه ..... ومرت السنين و السنين و السنين حوالي 40 سنة وابوسريع لسه مجاش والسلاحف بـــــدأت تقلق فقالت ام ابو سريع لأبو أبو سريع احسن ناكل احنا
بدل ما الاكل يبرد ولماييجي ابوسريع نعمله اكل ثاني
و فجاة
خرج ابوسريع من ورا شجرة وقالهم
يعني لو كنت استعجلت ورحت كنتم كلتم من غيري

القصة دي مش بتفكروا بحاجة؟؟؟؟

If you're mad with someone , and nobody's there to fix the situation... You fix it .
Maybe today, that person still wants to be your friend . And if u don't, tomorrow can be too late .
If you're in love with somebody , but that person doesn't know... tell her/him.
Maybe today, that person is also in love with you .
And if you don't say it, tomorrow can be too late .
If you still love a person that you think has forgetten you... tell her/him.
Maybe that person have always loved you. And if you don't tell her/him today , tomorrow can be too late.
If you need a hug of a friend... ask her/him for it.
Maybe they need it more than you do. And if you don't ask for it today, tomorrow can be too late.
If you really have friends who you appreciate... tell them.
Maybe they appreciate you as well. That if you don't and they leave or go far away today , tomorrow can be too late.

If you love your parents, and never had the chance to show them... do it .
Maybe you have them there to show them how you feel. That if you don't and they leave today , then tomorrow can be too late.

To set priorities is very important, see. . .
When things in your life seem almost too much to handle
and 24 hoursin a day are not enough, -
reflect on this.A professor stood before his philosophy class with some items in front of him.
When the class began, wordlessly, he picked up a very large and empty mayonnaise jar and proceeded to fill it with golf balls.
He then asked the students if the jar was full.They agreed that it was.The professor then picked up a box of pebbles and poured them into the jar.
He shook the jar lightly. The pebbles rolled into the open areas between the golf balls. He then asked the students again if the jar was full.
They agreed it was.The professor next picked up a box of sand and poured it into the jar. Of course, the sand filled up everything else.
He asked once more if the jar was full. The students responded withan unanimous "yes. "The professor then produced two cups of coffee from under the table and poured the entire contents into the jar,
effectively filling the empty space between the sand.
The students laughed.Now, " said the professor, as the laughter subsided, " I want you to recognize this jar represents your life.
The golf balls are the important things -
your God (if you believe), family, your children, your health, your friends, and your favorite passions things that if everything else was lost and only they remained, your life would still be full.
The pebbles are the other things that matter - like your job, your house, and your car.The sand is everything else -- the small stuff.
If you put the sand into the jar first, " he continued, "there is no room for the pebbles or the golf balls. The same goes for life.
Should you spend all your time and energy on the small stuff, you will never have room for the things that are important to you.
Pay attention to the things that are critical to your happiness.Play with your children.Take time to get medical checkups.
Take your partner out to dinner.Play another 18.There will always be time to clean the house and fix the disposal.
Take care of the golf balls first - things that really matter.
Set your priorities. The rest is just sand. "One of the students raised her hand and inquired what the coffee represented.
The professor smiled, "I'm glad you asked.
It just goes to prove that no matter how full your life may seem, there's always room for a couple of cups of coffee with a friend. "

عندما كنت شابا كنت ثائرا, و كل صلواتي
التي رفعتها الي الله كنت اقول فيها:

Today I will make a difference.
I will begin by controlling my thoughts.
A person is the product of his thoughts.
I want to be happy and hopeful.
Therefore, I will have thoughts that are happy and hopeful.
I refuse to be victimized by my circumstances.
I will not let petty inconveniences such as stoplights, long
lines, and traffic jams be my masters.
I will avoid negativism and gossip.
Optimism will be my companion, and victory will be my hallmark.
Today I will make a difference.
I will be grateful for the twenty-four hours that are before me.
Time is a precious commodity.
I refuse to allow what little time I have to be contaminated
by self-pity, anxiety, or boredom.
I will face this day with the joy of a child and the courage of a giant.
I will drink each minute as though it is my last.
When tomorrow comes, today will be gone forever.

السنة دي فكرت ان قدامي سنة مليانة فرص

لا تثقل الغد بهم اليوم بل ضعه بين يدي الله

لان الحظة الحاضرة تشبه العبارة الضعيفة: ان حملتها متاعب الامس و قلق الغد

ان تقف امام البحر متاملا هدوءه او هياجه
تاركا نسماته او عواصفه تلاطم وجهك
ان تنظر الي الافق كما لو كنت تبحث فيه عن المطلق
هذا وقت بلا ثمن
ان تنصت الي احاديث الاخر عن نفسه, حياته
شكواه , فرحه, مغامراته
و ان تتفاعل و تنفعل للحديث
هذا وقت بلا ثمن
ان تقضي وقتا في مشاركة بعض الاطفال في العابهم
مع انها لا تستهويك
هذا وقت بلا ثمن
ان تمشي وسط الناس في الشوارع تنظر الافعال
و روود الافعال تتامل حياتهم
هذا وقت بلا ثمن
ان ترفض ان تتقاضي نظير اعمال محبتك كلمات المديح و الثناء
هذا فعل بلا ثمن
ان تصنع طائرة ورقية او ان تدفع طوبة صغيرة بقدميك كالاطفال
هذا فعل بلا ثمن
هذه اشياء بلا اثمان نجنيها...
سوال يقفز امام عيني الان لماذا؟؟؟
اجابة جاهزة لا اعرف
لكني في هذة اللحظات التي لا ثمن لها
اشعر اننا لازلنا بشر نملك هذا الحس الانساني الجميل
